Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms explain what CaseCheck does, what it does not do, and what we each agree to. Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.
CaseCheck is operated by Immigrant App Inc, 848 Brickell Ave, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131, United States. Questions about this document: [email protected].
1. What CaseCheck is
CaseCheck reads the status of immigration court cases from the public EOIR automated case information system, shows it in a readable form, and tells you when it changes. That is the whole service.
CaseCheck is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an attorney or an accredited representative. Decisions about your case — what to file, when to appear, how to respond — belong with a lawyer.
CaseCheck is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Justice, EOIR, USCIS, or any government agency.
2. The information we show
We show what EOIR publishes for the case number you give us. We do not create, correct, or influence that record. If the government system is down, slow, or returns something unexpected, our result will reflect that.
Court schedules change, and systems have delays. Never rely on CaseCheck alone for a hearing date. Confirm through the official EOIR hotline at 1-800-898-7180, through the court, or through your attorney. Missing a hearing can end a case — treat our alerts as a helpful signal, not proof.
3. Your account
You need an account to check a case. You must give a working email address, keep your password to yourself, and use the service for cases that are yours or that you are authorised to follow.
One account holds up to three cases. We may limit how often checks run to keep the service available for everyone.
You may close your account at any time by writing to support. We may suspend an account that abuses the service — automated scraping, mass lookups of numbers that are not yours, attempts to break the site or the accounts of others.
4. Payment
The free plan checks one case. Monitoring — repeated checks and alerts — is paid: $9.99 per month or $75 per year, in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation and refunds are covered in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Prices may change. If they do, the new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-period, and we will tell you before it takes effect.
5. Alerts
You choose where alerts arrive: email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or text message as a paid add-on. Delivery depends on networks and platforms we do not control. We send promptly; we cannot guarantee that a message arrives, is not filtered as spam, or is read.
6. What we are responsible for
We work to keep the service accurate and available, and we fix what breaks. But the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CaseCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed hearing, a decision made in your absence, or any outcome in your case. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Your content and ours
The case data belongs to the public record and to you. The site, its text, design, and code belong to CaseCheck. Do not copy the service or resell its output as your own.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change something meaningful, we will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using CaseCheck at any time. We can end the agreement if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms others. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of a paid period.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Contact
Write to [email protected] or from inside your account, on the Support page.
